Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for subjects with generalized anxiety disorder: (1) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases, 10th edition (ICD-10) for Generalized Anxiety Disorder; (2) No systematic Sex therapy related to anxiety disorder has been taken in the past month; (3) Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score >=14 points; (4) The course of the disease is greater than or equal to 6 months, regardless of gender; (5) Aged 18-60 years; (6) Right-handed person; (7) Those who can understand and complete the observation indicators of this study, and sign an informed consent form. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) Aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender; (2) Complaints without anxiety; (3) Having good physical health and no previous mental illness; (4) Right-handed person; (5) Those who can understand and complete the observation indicators of this study, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score <14 points; 2. Organic mental disorders, or mental disorders related to psychoactive substances and non addictive substances; 3. Have a family history of other mental illnesses such as dementia, schizophrenia, mania, addiction, etc; 4. Pregnancy, pregnancy preparation, or lactation; 5. Patients with serious skin diseases, diabetes, tumors or serious cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other medical diseases; 6. Individuals with a history of self injurious behavior, suicidal tendencies, and attempted suicide; 7. Those who are afraid of acupuncture or are accompanied by paroxysmal sleeping sickness, sleep apnea syndrome, etc., and cannot cooperate with the intervention or related evaluation process.
