18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) <= 30 kg/m^2; 3. The patient has normal orientation and can correctly express his/her will; 4. Operation time < 3 hours; 5. Patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The participants refuses; 2. The participants is difficult to intubate; 3. Participants with respiratory diseases; 4. Intraoral or pre-thyroid surgery; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who have contraindications to the drugs used in the test; 7. Participated in other clinical trials within 30 days before enrollment; 8. History of analgesic use within 24 hours ; 9. Participants with preoperative nerve injury and/or lymph node metastasis.
