Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia in children. 2. Meets the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumonia: positive for MP Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). 3. Signs an informed consent form to undergo a bronchoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. 2. During the course of the disease, it was suggested to be co-infected with other pathogens. 3. Before the admission, there were basic diseases such as congenital heart disease, immunodeficiency, congenital bronchopulmonary dysplasia, hereditary metabolic diseases, tuberculosis, and diffuse interstitial lung disease. 4.There was a history of pneumonia within 28 days before admission, and the child was recovering from pneumonia.
