Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria in AWGS2019; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. No exercise contraindications according to the pre-exercise health Screening questionnaire (Expert edition) in the ACSM Exercise Test and Exercise Prescription Guidelines; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Order adults who also participate in other interventional studies; 2. Patients in the acute stage of disease or in the unstable stage of chronic disease; 3. Patients with severe cognitive impairment and mental disorders; 4. History of fracture within the last 6 months; 5. History of severe musculoskeletal muscle disease, such as joint swelling or joint contracture; 6. Severe nervous system and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. Vestibular dysfunction; 8. Those who cannot perform bioelectrical impedance measurement, such as cardiovascular stent implantation, pacemaker installation, artificial joint replacement or amputation surgery.
