Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Male or female patients aged = 60 years old 2: Patients who are first diagnosed and / or have not been treated with antiherpes drugs 3: The time for the appearance of herpes zoster lesions (defined as erythema, papular herpes, or blisters) is less than or equal to one week 4: Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with other skin diseases that may affect the evaluation of curative effect 2: Patients who currently suffer from severe mental illness, epilepsy, or other brain or mental disorders that affect self-judgment, or who may be impaired by follow-up as determined by researchers 3: There are other serious skin diseases other than herpes zoster, which may confuse the assessment of patients' skin lesions according to the judgment of the researchers 4: Patients with dyslexia or language disorder 5: The patient indicated that he was unwilling to participate in the study
