Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pulmonary function test within 6 months was in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of GOLD chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: FEV1/FVC < 0.70 after inhaling bronchodilators. 2. No history of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease within 4 weeks. 3. No history of steroid hormone use within 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left heart failure. 2. Unstable angina pectoris. 3. Myocardial infarction. 4. Lung cancer. 5. Bronchiectasis. 6. Pulmonary tuberculosis. 7. Thoracic deformity. 8. Neuromuscular disease. 9. Artificial airway. 10. Need mechanical ventilation. 11. Other researchers judged that the constant power exercise test could not be completed.
