Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) age =85 years old; 2) onset within 24 hours; 3) Large vessel occlusive stroke confirmed by CTA/MRA and responsible for signs and symptoms of acute ischemic stroke; 4) ASPECTS=6 according to NCCT; 5) NIHSS score =6 at onset; 6) Patients or their family members provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) intracranial hemorrhage confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2) mRS Score =2 before onset; 3) known allergies to iodine, heparin, anesthesia, or other clear contraindications to endovascular therapy (EVT); 4) The presence of seizures at stroke onset or before treatment and inaccurate NIHSS baseline score; 5) systolic blood pressure > 220mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 120mmHg, which could not be controlled with antihypertensive drugs; 6) genetic or acquired bleeding constitution, anticoagulant factor deficiency; Or had oral anticoagulants and INR > 3. 7) Blood glucose 22.2mmol/L (400mg/dl), platelet 220µmol/L (2.5mg/dl)); 9) suspected aortic dissection; 10) life expectancy due to advanced stage of any disease < 6 months; 11) anticipated inability to complete follow-up; 12) brain tumors with mass effect on imaging (except small meningiomas) or significant mass effect with midline shift; 13) are participating in other clinical research; 14) other circumstances that the investigator considers would pose a significant risk to the subject if he or she participated in the study.
