Oral group:Drinking abstinence after oral functional beverage 2 hours before surgery
Control group:Drinking abstinence after 10 a.m. on the day of surgery
Oral group 1:Drinking abstinence after oral water 1 hour before surgery
Oral group 2:Drinking abstinence after oral water 2 hours before surgery

30 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 30-85 years; (2) Patients receiving painless gastroenteroscopy; (3) normal daily diet; (4) ASA I-III; (5) BMI 18~28kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Gastric emptying disorder, such as gastrointestinal obstruction, gastroesophageal reflux, or previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; (2) Patients with severe liver and kidney function or metabolic disorders; (3) History of motion sickness; (4) mental disorder, alcoholism or a history of drug abuse; (5) Abnormal swallowing function; (6) Endoscopy time > 30 min; (7) People who are allergic to functional drinks.
