40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA; ? Age 40-80 years, disease duration = 6 months; ?Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) =3 for most of the time in the past 1 month; ?Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? All subjects who have had gastrointestinal diseases, taken antibiotics or agents capable of affecting intestinal flora, such as probiotics and prebiotics, in the 8 weeks prior to sampling; ? Other diseases that produce joint symptoms, such as metabolic bone disease, acute trauma; ? Gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other non-degenerative arthritis and joint deformities; ?Pregnancy, mental illness.
