21 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) LDH with a precise diagnosis,(2) no clear history of lumbar diseases, including congenital lesions, tumor, fracture infection and surgical history,(3) clinical data was integrity, and could cooperate to complete MRI, and (4) conservative treatment is ineffective, and PELD was used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis is not clear or combined other diseases that may cause low back pain or sciatica,(2) patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other diseases who cannot tolerate minimally invasive treatment or combined with treatment site infection and coagulation dysfunction, and (3)pregnancy or lactation.
