Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The cluster sampling survey method was adopted to conduct preliminary screening of the population over 40 years old in different cities and counties of Hainan Province. Medical history collection, physical examination and related biochemical examination were carried out on the high-risk population of stroke, and the informed consenters who completed the questionnaire were selected as the research objects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The following populations (factors affecting homocysteine levels) should be excluded: 1) Recently taking coletenamide (anticholeamine), carbamazepine, corticosteroids, metformin, cyclosporine, niacin, aminophylline, Methotrein, levodopa, isoniazid, proton pump inhibitors (e.g., omeprazole, phenobarbital, phenytoin sodium, methotrexate, oral contraceptives containing estrogen, insulin, isoniazid. 2) Patients with the following diseases: chronic renal failure, hypothyroidism, anemia, malignancy, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, intestinal disease (celiac disease/colitis), chronic gastritis, chronic kidney disease, gastric ulcer, psoriasis, anorexia, liver disease (e.g. viral hepatitis, alcoholic cirrhosis), renal tuberculosis. 3) In the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters), there is a family history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, family hypertension, family diabetes and other genetic history.
