Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient's mental state is good and communication is barrier-free. 2.Obtaining informed consent. 3.Over 65 years of age . 4.No history of allergy to related narcotic drugs. 5.ASA grade ?-?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Based on clinical judgment and known difficult tracheal intubation is considered a "difficult airway" and/or difficult intubation. 2.serious cardiopulmonary impairment or any other indication that surgery must be performed under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation. 3.Patients judged to be at serious risk of pulmonary inhalation. Possible risk factors for aspiration include: increased stomach contents; Delayed gastric emptying; No fasting (solid food <6 hours, clear liquid <2 hours); Increased risk of reflux: uncontrolled or symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux, esophageal stenosis, and achalasia. 4.Criteria for emergency surgery and any other general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.
