Esketamine 0.5mg/kg:Pump 0.5 mg/kg 50 ml of esketamine 30 min before the end of surgery (skin suture) and stop when surgery begins with skin suture
Esketamine 0.75mg/kg:Pump 0.75 mg/kg 50 ml of esketamine 30 min before the end of surgery (skin suture) and stop when surgery begins with skin suture

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Perimenopausal women as assessed by STRAW+10 (the Stages of Reproductive Aging Workshop) 2012. ? CES-D Depression Screening Score >10 ? Age 45-55 years old ? Laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia ? ASA grade I~II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe psychiatric symptoms diagnosed by ICD-10, DSM-5, CCMD-3; ? Chronic neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, Huntington's chorea, Alzheimer's disease; ? History of severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, liver and kidney disease, and chronic neuropathic pain; ? History of cancer and radiotherapy; ? Symptoms of alcohol dependence ((ICD-10)) ? Pregnant or breastfeeding ? Autoimmune disease ? POI (premature ovarian insufficiency), PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), hysterectomy or endometrial removal, chronic disease and chemotherapy. ? A history of long-term use of drugs related to the above diseases;
