12 Years to 66 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the keratoconus group had a history of myopic astigmatism according to Rabinowitz[24] diagnostic criteria; Corrected vision 47D. The diopter difference between 3mm below corneal center and 3mm above corneal center is >3D; The diopter difference of the anterior central corneal surface of both eyes was >1D. 2. Parents of keratoconus patients 3. The parents, gender and age of the refractive surgery patient were matched with the parents of the keratoconus patient
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye or systemic diseases, eye trauma, transplantation or other comprehensive diseases affecting eye health; 2. Have a history of allergies; 3. Stop wearing soft contact lenses for more than 2 weeks and hard contact lenses for more than 4 weeks 4. Poor medical obedience, can not cooperate with the examination
