Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients or family members are willing to sign informed consent and participate in the researcher; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis; (3) Onset time within 24 hours; (4) Patients older than 18 years and younger than 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients during pregnancy, lactation, or known to have fertility requirements; (2) Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study protocol; (3) Patients with basic diseases combined with severe liver failure, renal failure, organ dysfunction of cardiovascular system, blood system or progressive malignant tumor; (4) Suitable for surgical treatment after surgical consultation; (5) There is a serious mental, psychological or neurological disease can not cooperate with the study.
