Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as primary colorectal adenocarcinoma; 2. Age 18-75, no gender limit; 3. Undergo radical surgery for colorectal cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis that cannot be curatively resected; 2. Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy before surgery; 3. Emergency surgery is performed due to perforation, bleeding, intestinal obstruction, etc. caused by tumors; 4. Palliative tumor resection; 5. Less than 12 lymph nodes are detected after surgery; 6. Pathologically confirmed non-adenocarcinoma; 7. Important clinical data are incomplete; 8. Lost to follow-up due to various reasons during the follow-up period.
