Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age =18 years old; 2) the onset time between 24-72 hours; 3) Large vessel occlusive stroke confirmed by CTA/MRA and responsible for signs and symptoms of acute ischemic stroke; 4) NIHSS score =6 at onset; 5) NCCT ASPECTS score 6 points or more; Or CTP or MRP assessment suggested that the core infarct volume was less than 50mL, or the mismatch ratio was =1.8, or the mismatch volume was =15mL; 6) Patients or their family members provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) imaging intracranial hemorrhage; 2) mRS Score =2 before onset; 3) pregnant or lactating women; 4) known allergic to iodine, heparin, anesthesia, or endovascular therapy (EVT) other clear contraindications to; 5) The presence of seizures at stroke onset or before treatment and inaccurate NIHSS baseline score; 6) systolic blood pressure > 220mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 120mmHg, which could not be controlled with antihypertensive drugs; 7) genetic or acquired bleeding constitution, anticoagulant factor deficiency; Or had oral anticoagulants and INR> 3. 8) Blood glucose 22.2mmol/L (400mg/dl), platelet 220µmol/L (2.5mg/dl)); 10) suspected aortic dissection, 11) life expectancy due to advanced stage of any disease < 6 months; 12) expected cannot complete follow-up; 13) brain tumors with mass effect (except small meningiomas) on imaging or suggestive of a significant mass effect with midline shift; 14) are participating in other clinical research; 15) other circumstances that the investigator considers would pose a significant risk to the subject if he or she participated in the study.
