Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old, ASA grade II-IV, sign the relevant informed consent; 2. Diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; 3. Anterior circulatory large vessel occlusion is found by CTA or MRA, and the condition is suitable for recanalization treatment, less than 24 hours from onset to initial treatment; 4. The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score was <= 3 before stroke (mRS Range, 0= no symptoms to 6= death); 5. Baseline NIHSS score 0-30.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intubated mechanical ventilation; 2. Data is missing; 3. Patients or their legal representatives refuse to participate.
