18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the International Headache Society's ICHD-3 diagnosis of glossopharyngeal neuralgia; 2. Age of patient >18 years; 3. Those whose medication is ineffective or whose side effects are not tolerated; 4. Normal intelligence, no history of unconsciousness or psychiatric disorders, and ability to cooperate with pain evaluation; 5. No other chronic head and face pain conditions were comorbid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with organic intracranial and pharyngeal pathology confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Those with systemic infection or infection at the puncture site; 3. Those with severe cardiovascular disease who cannot tolerate the treatment; 4. Those with abnormal coagulation; 5. Patients with mental illness who are unable to answer the questionnaire on their own.
