8 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA I-II level; (2) Age 8-18 years old; (3) Nuss operation on funnel chest; (4) Willingness to use patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) ASAIII level and above; (2) Combined with severe ventilation dysfunction; (3) Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) History of allergy to narcotic drugs, ropivacaine or esketamine; (5) Psychiatric disorders and chronic pain that may confuse analgesic effects; (6) Have a medical history known during the operation; (7) Postoperative transfer to ICU; (8) Unwilling to use PCIA or refuse to participate in this study.
