Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with the diagnostic criteria for melasma: the skin lesions presented as light brown to dark brown patches on the face, usually symmetrical distribution, without inflammatory manifestations and scales. It occurs mainly in females, after puberty. The disease is severe in summer and mild in winter. Pigmentation after inflammation, nevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus, Riehl melanosis and pigmented lichen planus are excluded. 2.Age between 18 and 60, female. 3.Sign informed consent, voluntarily and agree to complete all steps of the clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study. 3.Lesions associated with inflammatory or infectious skin diseases. 4.Patients with severe endocrine, gynecological, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and abnormal liver and kidney function. 5.Patients who have received laser therapy, oral or topical freckle removal drugs within the last 3 months. 6.Patients who have received retinoids within the last 6 months. 7.Patients who can not achieve sun protection as required during treatment.
