Postoperative delirium

Interventions

TEAS group:Before anesthesia induction 30min, patients in the TEAS group received TEAS treatment at Baihui, bilateral Sanyinjiao and Zusanli with a stimulator, which continued until the end of the ope
C group:Electrode leads are affixed to the corresponding points of the patient, and the electrical stimulator is connected, but no electrical stimulation is performed.

65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 65 years old, ASA classification II-III; 2. Patients scheduled to undergo elective carotid endarterectomy under general anesthesia; 3. Patients without language barrier; 4. Patients agreed to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 5. Patients had the complete case data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system disease; 2. Patients with infection or injury at the stimulation site; 3. Patients who received acupoint stimulation or acupuncture within 1 month; 4. Patients with cardiac pacemaker.
