18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)18 years old< age < 59 years old, regardless of gender or race (2)Meets diagnostic criteria for CKD in the US Quality of Prognosis (KDOQI) guidelines (3)Patients were voluntarily enrolled in this study and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with idiopathic and secondary osteoporosis; (2) Patients who may experience secondary bone loss (metabolic, disuse, and certain medications, malnutrition, etc.); (3) Suffering from low bone mass diseases such as bone tumors or Paget's disease (deforming osteoarthritis) or osteogenesis imperfecta; (4) People with endocrine diseases such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, etc; (5)Viral infection (including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV) or recent episode of infection (< 3 months) (6)Immunosuppressive therapy (7)Abnormal liver function (8)Patients with diseases of the blood system (9)Individuals receiving drugs that have an effect on mitochondrial metabolism,Including antivirals,Muscle relaxants,Antipsychotics,Oral steroid preparations,Calcineurin inhibitors,Antiepileptic drugs,Coenzyme Q-10,Nicotinamide riboside or high-dose antioxidant
