Conditions

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head

Interventions

Group A:After osteotomy, the osteotomy surface of the proximal femur is sealed with bone wax and after the implant is placed, the bone wax is sealed around the implant.
Group B:Seal bone wax around the prosthesis only after the prosthesis is installed.
Group C:No bone wax is used

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent initial unilateral THA at our hospital for osteoarthritis of the hip joint, femoral head necrosis (Ficat stage IIIB or IV) or hip dysplasia (Crowe type I or II); (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to III; (3) normal quadriceps muscle strength.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Impaired coagulation function due to preoperative use of anticoagulant drugs; (2) well-controlled hypertension (3) history of arteriovenous thromboembolism, high medical risk comorbidities (4) revision surgery for rheumatoid arthritis (5)BMI = 35 kg/m2 (6) previous hip surgery (7) Unable to communicate verbally.
