Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Single pregnant women;? Patients included in GDM group were diagnosed as GDM after OGTT test at 24 ~ 28 weeks of pregnancy according to the diagnostic criteria recommended by Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition). ? Patients in observation group met the indications of cesarean section and accepted cesarean section; ? Patients were informed of the contents of this study, voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) twin or multiple pregnancy;(2) PGDM, ODM and other endocrine diseases (including thyroid and adrenal diseases).
