Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients with acute cerebral infarction meet the relevant diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, and have been confirmed as acute cerebral infarction by cranial CT/MRI. 2) Follow up until 1 year after onset. 3) The patient is = 18 years old. 4) The patient's cerebral infarction is the first onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Upon admission, CT scan of the head revealed intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and epidural hematoma. 2) Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), Previous Stroke History, Previous Epilepsy History. 3) Significant brain structural abnormalities. 4) Metabolic diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, poisoning, cortical dysplasia, or other diseases that may lead to seizures. 5) Patients with severe heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, hematological or immune system diseases. 6) Patients who have lost follow-up or have missing baseline data.
