Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18 years of age or older diagnosed as severe pneumonia and mechanically ventilated Complete bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage within 48 hours after diagnosis of severe pneumoniaopen At the same time, mNGS and traditional microbial detection of alveolar lavage solution were also tested and the patient or their guardian provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: individuals with HIV infection; pregnant or breasting women; stayed in the EICU for less than 48 hours; 48 h prior to ICU admission
