18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm clipping, ASA ? or ?,Glasgow Coma Scale Score=13,Hunt and Hess Grade=II, aged 18 to 65 years, BMI 18 to 30kg/m2, male or female, will be recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1:Diabetes, cardiapulmonary insufficiency, coagulation disorders, liver or kidney insufficiency, anemia; 2:Pregnacy or lactation; 3:Allergy to local or general anesthetics;4: Complicated aneurysms.
