Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Adolescents aged from 12 to 17 , with sore on the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D) = 20 or the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED) = 25; (2) Having no history of attending any eight-week mindfulness courses (such as eightweek mindfu ness decompression courses, eicht week coanitive therapy or other eight week courses); (3) lrregular practice meditation (including yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, praver, mindfulness meditation, eulogymeditation, and other forms of Buddhist meditation); (4) No serious and unstable physical disease; (5)No brain injury, psychotic symptoms,or history of manic episode; (6) Agreement on the setting of consent groups (e.g., randomization, no schedule conflict); (7) Volunteers to join the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Self injury or suicide risks; (2) Aggression or destructive behaviors towards a group;(3) Other mentalillnesses
