Group H:Anesthesia induction: propofol 2.0-2.5 µg/ml, remifentanil 2.0-2.5 ng/ml, midazolam 0.03 mg/kg, pentaquin 0.01 mg/kg intravenous bolus. Use HFNC.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thoracoscopic sympathetic nerve soldering, thoracoscopic lobe wedge resection, thoracoscopic mediastinal mass resection; 2. The patient is in good mental state and has no communication barriers; 3. Obtaining informed consent; 4. Age greater than 18 years old; 5. No history of anesthesia drug allergy; 6. ASA grade I.-II.; 7. BMI 18-28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting severe cardiopulmonary diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. The operation method is complicated (the estimated operation time is more than 2h); 3. Blood system diseases and coagulation dysfunction; 4. Those who are contraindicated or refuse to practice nerve block; 5. Those who are allergic to research drugs; 6. Those who do not want to participate in this research.
