65 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65 years and older; 2. Scheduled for orthopedic surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to IV; 4. Preoperative discontinuation of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for = 1 week; 5. Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with severe mental illness; 2.Contraindications to regional block anesthesia; 3.Enrolled in another randomized clinical trial; 4.patients who refuse or are unable to undergo neuropsychological tests;
