Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Exclude secondary obesity and meet the diagnostic criteria of simple obesity of phlegm-dampness type in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine ; ( 2 ) 18 to 65 years old ; gender unlimited ; ( 3 ) In the past 2 months did not participate in other weight loss related treatment ; ( 4 ) Obtain informed consent, voluntarily accept the treatment, and provide follow-up observers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, hypothyroidism, malignant tumor ; ( 2 ) Poor control of severe hypertension, that is, systolic blood pressure = 180mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure = 110mmHg ; patients with systolic blood pressure < 95mmHg ; ( 3 ) The existence of mental disorders, language barriers, leading to the inability to fully understand the research program or with the researchers ; ( 4 ) Diagnosed with obesity caused by Cushing 's syndrome, drugs, thyroid, adrenal gland, gonad, hypothalamus, pituitary or other endocrine system diseases ; ( 5 ) Take hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs ( such as statins, fibrates, etc. ), weight loss drugs, hepatoprotective drugs, glucocorticoids and drugs that may affect the monitoring of blood glucose, blood lipids, islet function and other indicators in the past 4 weeks ; ( 6 ) Have undergone bariatric surgery or are participating in other weight loss programs or have lost more than 5 % of their body weight in the past 6 months ; ( 7 ) Have a history of alcoholism, male drinking alcohol content = 140g per week, female = 70g ; ( 8 ) Women who are pregnant or in lactation.
