Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? According to the history, clinical manifestations and imaging examination, the diagnosis was confirmed as abdominal aortic aneurysm; ? Patients who have recovered after endovascular repair of aortic aneurysm; ? Age: 18-65 years old; ? The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of anesthesia is grade I to IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative white blood cells greater than 10×10^9/L; (2) Acute aortic dissection or aortic aneurysm rupture; (3) Positive blood culture; (4) Confirmation of urinary system or incision infection; (5) aortitis, or autoimmune or connective tissue disease; (6) Malignant tumors; (7) Diseases of the blood system or pre-operative wasting coagulation disease; (8) Renal insufficiency dialysis; (9) Implant history; (10) Use of anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive or chemotherapeutic drugs in the past 3 months; (11) Aortic trauma or surgery within the past 1 month; (12) EVAR intervenes again; (13) From EVAR to open surgery; (14) To determine the cause of death, due to acute intraoperative massive bleeding; (15) Serious lack of clinical data; (16) Patients with dexamethasone allergy, hyperglycemia and related dexamethasone contraindications.
