Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 18 to 90 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic standards of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Disorders of Consciousness"; 3) CRS-R score on admission is 3 to 8 points; 4) Vital signs are stable; 5) The patient’s family members voluntarily participate in this study, sign a written informed consent form, and are willing to cooperate with the examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) New or recent spinal injury, fracture of both lower limbs; 2) Severe pressure sores on the buttocks; 3) Recent myocardial infarction, angina pectoris or heart failure. 4) Diaphragm ultrasound cannot clearly see the diaphragm muscle during the examination; 5) Patients judged by the researcher to be inappropriate for participating in this study;
