Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Mature single-rooted teeth with complex crown-root fractures, involving the pulp, with a single fracture piece, and no loss of tooth structure; 2.The tooth itself has no history of periodontal disease and endodontic treatment; 3.Generally in good overall health; 4.No bad habits affecting oral healing; 5.The crown can be completely removed, and the fracture line can be fully exposed; 6.The tooth root is fully developed, with a closed apical foramen; 7.Patients who are minors; 8.The patient and family voluntarily choose to undergo crown reattachment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Conditions unfavorable for occlusal stability, such as bruxism and deep bite.
