Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients must carefully read and sign the informed consent form before enrollment. The ovulation promoting regimen is an antagonist regimen. In the past 3 months, there have been no tests or treatments for vaginal pathogens and vaginal microbiota outside the hospital, and no oral contraceptives or contraceptive devices containing contraceptive ingredients have been used. Have not undergone vaginal tamponade or vaginal lavage in the past week, and have not had any sexual intercourse history in the past 3 days. Have not used any antibiotics in the past month. No family genetic history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Genital malformations ;Diabetes, hypertension and other basic diseases, vaginitis, salpingitis and other gynecological diseases and surgical history. Individuals who use a large amount of glucocorticoids, antibiotics, immunosuppressants, or those with HIV and other immune system diseases
