Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Lumbar disc herniation was diagnosed according to imaging and clinical manifestations; ? Lumbar spondylolisthesis I; ? Conservative treatment for 3 months or more was ineffective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with recurrence of lumbar disc herniation; ? Patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis of second degree or above; ?Patients with puncture site infection, hemorrhagic disease or abnormal coagulation function, and those who can not understand the visual analogue scale.
