Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke in accordance with the "2014 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China" and the "2014 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage in China"; ? According to the WAB diagnostic criteria for complete aphasia: Aphasia quotient<93.8 points, speech fluency 0-4 points, listening comprehension 0-3.9 points, retelling 0-4.9 points, naming 0-6 points; ? First onset, diagnosed as left hemisphere cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage on CT/MRI of the head; ? Age 18-70 years old; ? The course of the disease is more than 1 month, and the language function is normal before the onset of the disease; ? Primary school or above education, right handed; ? Stable condition, clear consciousness, no visual impairment or spatial neglect, no severe cognitive impairment, able to cooperate in completing treatment; ? The patient or their family members are willing to accept this trial and sign the "Clinical Trial Informed Consent Form".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with speech disorder before the onset of the disease or with severe dysarthria; ? Speech disorders caused by other neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, etc.; ? Those who have severe cognitive dysfunction and cannot cooperate with examination and rehabilitation training; ? Combined with epilepsy, severe liver and kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; ? There is a metal foreign body or any other electronic device implanted in the body.
