Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? According to the Guidelines for Prevention and Management of Thyroid Diseases During Pregnancy and Perinatal Period, the eligible participants were pregnant women with SCH, namely an elevated serum TSH level, higher than the upper limit of pregnancy reference (or 4.0mU/L), with normal FT4 level. ?Monocyesis. ?18-40 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?A history of thyroid disease. ?Autoimmune disease. ?Cardiovascular diseases, hepatic diseases, renal diseases.
