Conditions

Septic shock fluid resuscitation

Interventions

control group:Resuscitate the liquid using 30ml/kg crystal solution (compound sodium chloride solution) as recommended by the SSC guidelines, and administer within 3 hours of admission to the ICU
Early combination albumin group:On the basis of using crystal resuscitation in the same control group, 20% albumin was administered at a concentration of 30g/L of rehydration solution, and was adminis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients should meet diagnostic criteria for septic shock: (1) First patient in our hospital; Age= 18 years (2) There was a clear infection and the SOFA score increased by = 2 points from baseline; (3) After adequate fluid resuscitation, vasoactive drugs are still required to maintain MAP=65mmHg; (4) After adequate fluid resuscitation> blood lactate concentration 2mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? End stage of various diseases ? Present with known adverse reactions to albumin therapy ? Patients with septic shock after head injury this time ? Chronic heart failure ? Clinical diagnosis of hypoproteinemia and other pathological conditions requiring albumin treatment (including cirrhosis ascites, intestinal malabsorption syndrome, nephrotic syndrome, burns, etc.) (including plasma transfusion treatment) ? Patients diagnosed with sepsis and transferred to ICU after shock>6 hours
