Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: patients older than 18 years undergoing colorectal surgery for malignancy 2: creatinine clearance greater than 30 mL/min 3: hemoglobin level greater than 90 g/L 4: sign the informed consent form in person 5: NRS2002 score greater than or equal to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe immunodeficiency due to illness or medication 2: Hypotension (resting blood pressure less than 90/50 mmHg) 3: History of autoimmune disease 4: Active infection 5: Active infection 6: Patients with intestinal obstruction unable to ONS 7: Heart failure or major heart disease (myocardial infarction or fatal arrhythmia within 6 months) 8: History of severe cirrhosis 9: inability to adhere to the study protocol for physical or psychological reasons 10: patients who received preoperative neoadjuvant therapy 11: People with diabetes
