Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) AML patients with oral Venekra. Diagnostic criteria refer to the 2021 edition of the Chinese Clinical Oncology Society (csco) guidance; (2) Age 18-85 years old; (3) The physical fitness score of the Eastern Cancer Collaboration Group (ECOG) was 0-3. Life expectancy > 8 weeks;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) and other diseases; (2) Patients who cannot understand and follow the study protocol; (3) Patients with other malignant tumors.
