Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with rectal cancer who have completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery from January 2016 to December 2019 2: Postoperative follow-up time more 3: Age = 18 years and = 75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Complete the entire process of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy before surgery 2: Induction chemotherapy was performed before radiotherapy 3: New adjuvant radiotherapy is short-range radiotherapy 4: Surgical complications that cannot be treated with adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery 5: Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy starts later than 6 weeks after surgery 6: Individuals who have developed other malignant tumors within 3 years prior to surgery (excluding thyroid cancer and basal cell carcinoma of the skin 7: Simultaneous multiple primary colorectal cancer
