Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing transnasal pituitary adenoma resection in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with difficulties in understanding and audiovisual communication; Severe mental illness; Alcohol abuse; Those with a decreasing trend in cognitive function before surgery; Patients who experience allergic shock or severe hypotension during the perioperative period; Patients with intraoperative bleeding exceeding 400ml.
