Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Nasopharyngeal carcinoma was diagnosed histologically. (2) The tumor stage was T1-T4, N0-N3, M0-M1 (AJCC 8th). (3) All patients underwent bilateral parotid conventional ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound (sonazoid), and head and neck MRI before treatment. (4) Patients who have complete clinical and pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other malignant tumors. (2) Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as hypertension, coronary heart disease) or allergy to protein are not suitable for CEUS (sonazoid). (3) Patients who were unable to undergo MRI due to claustrophobia, metal implants, allergy to contrast media and other reasons.
