Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for heart failure in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, with New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function grading is level II-IV. 2. Age >= 50 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With communication and mental disorders; 2. With malignant tumors; 3. Refusal to give informed consent.
