40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing unilateral THA; 2. Age 45-85 years 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification i-III, NYHA classification of cardiac function i-II; 4. Body mass index (BMI) is 18-30 kg·m-2; 5. No history of Local anesthetic allergies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the injection site 2. Patients have severe arrhythmias or cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, respiratory and coagulation disorders. 3. Continue to take pain relievers in the near future. 4. Having trouble communicating and not being able to complete the scores properly. 5. I or its authorized person does not accept, can not cooperate with block patients have.
