20 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) No fever (<37.5?) before delivery and no history of vaginitis or other diseases; 2) single fetus, full term (37~41 weeks of pregnancy), cephalic presentation; 3) Obstetrician's assessment that vaginal delivery is possible; 4) willing to receive epidural analgesia and agree to participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications to intrathecal block in combination with abnormalities in coagulation, platelet quantity/quality, etc. 2) Combination of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism and other diseases 3)Combination of genitourinary infection, upper respiratory tract infection, hepatitis, AIDS and other diseases; 4) Accidental dural puncture, catheter displacement during analgesia, poor analgesic effect of re-puncture, etc; 5) Chorioamnionitis confirmed by pathologic examination; 6) Pregnant women undergoing hormone replacement therapy.
