Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for KOA in the 2018 edition of the Guidelines for Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment; (3) Patients undergoing unilateral TKA surgery (primary TKA on the operative side); (4) Clear mind, no cognitive disorder, no language disorder, no mental disorder, able to communicate in Chinese, can understand and fill in or answer the questionnaire content; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, hemophiliac arthritis, traumatic arthritis, joint tuberculosis, ankylosing spondylitis and other secondary diseases; (2) Patients with severe varus or valgus deformity (>20°) in the operative knee joint; (3) Patients with malignant tumors or severe organ dysfunction.
