Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It is consistent with the diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis, and the course of the disease is greater than 3 months; (2) VAS score = 3 points; (3) Age range from 50 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; (4) No serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, circulatory system diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, or mental illness patients; (5) Both the patient and their family members have informed consent and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other neuropathic pain; (2) Patients with skin infection or systemic infection at the puncture injection site; (3) Pregnant or preparing patients; (4) Allergic patients with traditional Chinese medicine; (5) Diabetes patients; (6) Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment.
